About Neurofeedback
What Clinicians Say
Hear firsthand from therapists and clinicians who have seen the power of neurofeedback to change lives.
I've seen kids come in with a lot of trauma and very disconnected from themselves, from their bodies, from their emotions. Now they're able to talk about their emotions. They're able to express their needs with their caregivers. They're able to engage more with their peers, with their family.

Explaining Neurofeedback
We asked therapists and clinicians, "How do you explain neurofeedback to your clients?"
Here's what they had to say.
We work with the urban Native American Community in Los Angeles County. There's a long history of multigenerational trauma and racism. Neurofeedback has been a way to try to remediate those and offer a treatment modality that's not typically accessible to that community. The greatest potential for impact is with the people who have been the most seriously affected by trauma. It's been encouraging to staff - and to me - to be able to provide services that can be more effective and done more quickly (than traditional talk therapy). It provides hope that they can have more of an impact.
